This week in Summer Brain Gain, we're learning all about the design process! Today, our kids worked through the first two steps—discovery and interpretation—as they completed a tower-building challenge.

Our kids had so much fun making mosaics from painted rice this week! We love seeing all of the creative ideas they come up with in our Art Room!

Last week, we flew into summer programming with an outdoor education program about birds! Doing a hands-on simulation activity, our kids got to learn all about how bird beaks are specialized to help different birds consume specific types of foods.

Huge thank you to the wonderful volunteer group from the Scott Anderson Leadership Forum who came in last week to organize our board games! It was a big project, and we are so thankful for their help getting it done.
