Two reminders for our DEYHA members:
1) Tonight, 8/12, is the monthly Duluth East Youth Hockey Association Board meeting. As always, it's open to the public. We're meeting in the private room at The OP at 7pm if anyone wishes to join.
2) Registration for the upcoming hockey season is already open on the DAHA site here: https://www.duluthhockey.com.app.crossbar.org/about/player-registration/178750
Please do register as getting an accurate player count helps DAHA and East plan for the right number of teams, which impacts tournament registrations and much more for the season. Thank you!

Active Association Families: The Duluth East Youth Hockey Association Board elections will be held at our meeting next Tuesday, April 14 at 7pm. At that meeting, we will elect the new Executive Board of President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. We also have openings for 2-3 new At Large members, one of whom can be an active Association Coach. These members will be voted in at this April meeting and can begin serving immediately. The Duluth East Youth Hockey Board focuses on the Duluth East PeeWee and Bantam levels.

If you have questions about the Board, roles, the election process, or how we interact with and divide responsibilities with DAHA, email us at [email protected]. Please let us know if you'll be joining us at the meeting so we can assure ample meeting room space.

Our Association is able to offer and do more with more individuals serving (in many capacities, including Coaches, Managers, Treasurers, and at DAHA), so if you have interest and knowledge, please consider Board service to share not only your voice, but the perspective of all our youth and families. Thanks!

Huge congratulations to our PeeWee AA team as they punched their ticket to the State Tournament March 13-15 in Mankato! They showed GRIT in defeating Lakeville North, Bloomington Jefferson, and Moorhead in the Regional Tournament this past weekend to earn their spot. Way to go team and Coaches - here we GOOOO!
