Hello there!
I’d like to introduce myself. I am the new Lions District 5M10 emergency response trailer.  I was donated to the district by a very thoughtful gentleman from Iowa when he heard about our plans to develop a mobile response program to assist individuals in need.
The premise of my existence is simple: I am available for use by any Lion or club in our district to assist with any type of disaster response, humanitarian, or hunger project anytime, anywhere. From helping people displaced by forest fires in northern Canada to hurricanes in the southern US, I’ll go anywhere the Lions want to take me as long as there’s a road to get us there.
You may find me hauling food, clean water, flood cleanup equipment, bedding/household goods, or anything else that is needed to help those that need it. On my days off, you’ll probably see me around the district at parades and festivals.
Where there’s a need, there’s a Lion. And I’ll be there too.
