We recently wrapped up our 8-week pilot program at an elementary school in Atlanta, paving the way for a potential partnership between the school and FutureGentsOrg. The program's conclusion saw a fantastic turnout, with scholars, parents, and staff in attendance, as shown in the photos. As we look ahead to the 2026/2027 school year, we are filled with enthusiasm and anticipation.

Our apologies for the delayed post, but we wanted to give you all an update on our Junior Future Gents attended Usher-Collier Elementary School.

Week 2: Identity, Confidence & Purpose
Scholars explored who they are and who they are becoming through the themes:
• “I Am” (who I am today)
• “I Will” (who I am becoming)
• “I Can” (what I am capable of)
They also reflected on what it means to be a Future Gent and discussed the importance of being leaders—not followers.
Week 3:
No session due to Spring Break
Week 4: Respect & Self-Control
Scholars engaged in meaningful discussions and activities focused on:
• Demonstrating respect at school, at home, and in the community
• Practicing self-control and emotional awareness
• Building confidence by standing and speaking when called upon
• Exploring ways to show courtesy and consideration for others
We also began conversations around creating a Future Gents bulletin board at the school to showcase their growth and contributions.

Gentleman of the Week
Each week, one scholar is recognized as Future Gent of the Week for demonstrating leadership, character, and positive behavior. The selected scholar also leads the following week’s Gentlemen’s Circle.
• Week 1: Aiden
• Week 2: Xavier

Long post:

Week 1 in the books at Usher-Collier Elementary… and I’ll tell you this — something special is happening.

We didn’t just walk into a classroom… we started building a brotherhood.

We introduced the Gentleman Circle.
We created a safe space where every young man had a voice.
We asked one simple question: “What does a gentleman mean to you?”

And their answers? Honest. Raw. Powerful.

This is why Future Gents exists.

Not just to teach etiquette…
But to build identity.
Not just to talk about respect…
But to help them live it.

The foundation is set:
Brotherhood. Belonging. Confidence.

And we’re just getting started.

To our young kings — we see you.
To our supporters — stay close.

Week 2… we’re going deeper.

The Standard
A gentleman does the right thing even when there is no applause.
Character is not built in front of crowds.
It is built in the quiet decisions no one sees.
Open the door.
Tell the truth.
Stand on your word.
That is the standard.
