🚨50th anniversary event CANCELLED 🚨

Due to a low turnout in reservations, we are sorry to announce that the DSHA's 50th celebration set for Saturday, October 17th at the Kitchi Gammi Club has been cancelled.

Attendees who had already registered and paid for the event in advance will receive a full refund over the next week or so. Thank you to those of you who registered and to the rest of you for your continued support of the DSHA. We will see you soon!

Reminder: Sunday, September 20th at 1:30pm for our Reembrance Day event. The public is welcome to attend!

For Remembrance Day, we usually place Scottish flags along the road to the Cairn within the cemetery grounds, but here is our attempt at an AI map to show you how to find your way to the Cairn for Remembrance Day!!

-Enter Forest Hill Cemetery
-At the fork in the road, take a right to head towards the hill with rows of mausoleums. (If you reach the office, you went too far).
-Drive straight towards the row of mausoleums on the hill.
-Take a left on the road that follows the winding road in front of the mausoleums up the hill.
-When you get to the top, veer left keeping the "Barker" monument and orange colored "Walbank" mausoleum on your left.
-Take the next left turn and go straight up a slight hill to arrive at the Cairn.

Come check out Highland Dancing! Classes are held on Mondays each week at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Duluth. Classes are offered in two sessions for 2026 - 2027.

First dance session: 9/21/26 - 2/1/2027
Second session: 2/8/2027 - 6/21/2027

-Premier Dancers: 4p - 5p
-Primary and beginners: 5p - 6p
-Novice and intermediate: 6p - 7p

COST PER SESSION:
$300.00 for individual students
$500.00 for families with two students
$625.00 for families with three or more who are dancing
