Ready or Sloth Here We Come - Scenic Shore Bike Tour Team We bike 150 miles to raise funds and awareness about blood cancers! Help us STOMP OUT BLOOD CANCERS!

One of Wisconsin’s most popular bike rides, Scenic Shore has grown from a locally supported event to a nationally recognized cycling experience supporting Blood Cancers United! With an average of 1,500 riders raising over $2 million annually, Scenic Shore brings together cyclists to support those affected by blood cancers. The ride is fully supported and open to riders of all ages and abilities. F

rom road bikes to e-bikes and everything in between, participants embark on a one-of-a-kind adventure. Starting in Mequon, Wisconsing, with an overnight stay in Manitowoc and a grand finish in Sturgeon Bay’s picturesque Door County, this ride showcases the beauty of Wisconsin’s Lake Michigan shoreline. We invite you to join over 2,000 cycling enthusiasts, cancer survivors, and supporters who will pedal, cheer, and volunteer in support of a cure for blood cancer. Riders as young as 8 can choose from routes including 25 miles, 75 miles, 100 miles, or our traditional two-day 150-mile (75 miles each day) ride. Along the way, you’ll be cheered on by survivors and their supporters, making this an inspiring and life-changing experience.

You know, we have a pretty a great team... But we'd like to take this opportunity to shout out one special sloth, Paula Phillips!

This year's Scenic Shore bike sponsor did not rent out e-bikes which is how rider Matt can do the ride. Matt sustained a knee injury while serving in Afghanistan and the cool thing about rides like Scenic Shore and e-bikes is that it opens a ride to people of all abilities who maybe thought they couldn't do 150-mile bike ride like ever. And shoot, Matt was one of four sloths to complete the whole ride this weekend!!

Long story short, Paula worked her magic and instead of rushing to find a rental and pay boocoo bucks (like, srsly!), she found a bike through a friend and hauled it all the way to Wisconsin for Matt to use!

And for that, we salute you Paula! Thank you for going above and beyond!!
