The members of the Otto Township Volunteer Fire Department are deeply saddened by the passing of Life Member Bob McCartney. From our broken hearts, we extend our sincerest condolences to the McCartney family during this difficult time.

Bob dedicated more than 50 years of service to the fire department and was respected and appreciated by all who had the honor of serving beside him. His hard work, commitment, and unwavering dedication to the department and community will never be forgotten.

We can only hope that Bob is now reunited with his wife Dolly, my father, and the rest of the departed members alongside whom he proudly served throughout the years.

Though he may be gone from our sight, his memory and dedication will forever remain within the hearts of this department and community.

On behalf of Chief Schwab and the Otto Township Volunteer Fire Department, we thank you for your many years of faithful service, Bob. May you rest in peace.
