We may not do rescue anymore but we are still using the skills we’ve learned over the years to help the horses we are boarding. We got this boy in for boarding after he was severely neglected by another boarding facility. His owner is going to be offering him for adoption soon. He’s a really sweet boy.

We love to take on rehabilitation boarders. Nemo has come a long way in the 49 days we have had him boarding with us.

UPDATE: PLACEMENT PENDING

Gem & April are boarding with me while the owner looks for a good home that will do a care lease or would even consider adopting out to a forever home. They are sweet girls who are bonded so we want to try and keep them together. These two are great for someone who wants ponies to love on or even companionship for a horse. They are recently updated on shots coggins and April got a float done on her teeth. Feet have been regularly kept trimmed. Easy to handle and groom. Good for farrier. Trailers well.
If you know a therapeutic program who needs lovely ponies they would be a good fit for that job or they would be good for someone who just wants to have sweet ponies to love. We don’t think they have ever been trained to ride but I was told the taller one can pull a cart. Located in Kenly NC right now. Send me or Susan Fife Occoquan a message to discuss if interested.
