💧 This is why people are asking questions.
AI and mega data centers are not just “technology.” They require massive amounts of water, power, land, and infrastructure — and rural communities are often expected to carry the burden.
Utah is already one of the driest states in the country. Before massive data-center projects move forward, Utah residents deserve transparency, public input, and real answers:
Where will the water come from?
Who pays for the power infrastructure?
What happens to agriculture, housing, roads, and rural communities?
And who actually benefits?
This is not anti-technology.
This is pro-transparency.
Pro-water.
Pro-rural Utah.
Utah is not a server farm.
Our water isn’t your coolant.
Rural Utah is not for sale.
