This is a reminder that we are having our monthly dinner this coming Thursday, September 3rd at the Village Bar. If you're interested in joining, please contact Bonnie Behr 563-599-5684. If you need a ride, we can meet at the Lodge to carpool. You can join as a couple or come solo. Reservation is for 5:45 and Bonnie will need to know if you are planning on going, so she has the correct head count.

Volunteer Event at Eagle Point Park Next Saturday!🦅🌳

Friends of Dubuque Parks is hosting a volunteer event next Saturday, Aug. 29, from 8:30 a.m. to noon. Volunteers will help with w**ding and garden bed cleanup throughout the park.

📍 Meet in the large parking lot near the tennis courts.

🪏 Tools will be provided, but feel free to bring your favorite rake, hand trowels, gloves, w**d popper, or other garden tools you like to use!

Update on ragbrai traffic Saturday. Kevin suggested getting on overpass to go over Wisconsin bridge. You can get on it at 9th Street or down by 1st. Street. Be patient, leave early and see you at Birchwood.

I am sure everyone is aware with Ragbrai going on getting to Birchwood for our golf tournament tomorrow you might experience extra traffic. Kevin Dunwoody is going over at 11:45 and I will update what traffic looks like. A lot of streets will be closed when we are trying to get to the bridge. Looking forward to seeing everyone. Should be a fun day. ☀️⛳️
