🌀💦 What a weekend in the water! 💦🌀

Huge thanks to the Fitter and Faster Swim Tour and clinician Youssef Elkamash for spending the weekend with DASH! Our swimmers soaked up every bit of his knowledge.

🏊 Body alignment and body position
🚀 Starts and turns
💪 Stremlines and breakouts + a whole lot of confidence

We loved seeing so many smiling faces, big questions, and swimmers pushing themselves to try something new. Now it’s time to put those skills to work this season! ⚡

Thank you, Youssef, and thank you to every family who made it out and to our coaches and volunteers who helped make it happen. 💙

What a weekend at the DMET Fall Frolic in Davenport!

💥 Fast times dropped all weekend long
🎉 Smiles, team spirit, and so much fun on deck
📣 Our 10 and under crew cheered SO loud they could be heard across the whole natatorium! Best cheer section in the building, hands down 🙌

So proud of every swimmer who stepped up on the blocks and gave it their all. A huge thank you to our families, swimmers, and coaches for making it such a great meet!
