Hello Club Members!

It's that time of year again where many of us don't see each other very often, so we'd like to formally invite all of you to the February 2026 edition of the Dubuque Water Sports Club Supper-Club Club.

Where: Moracco Supper Club
When: Friday, Feb 6, 2026, 7:00 pm (We encourage everyone to arrive by 6:30 pm for a round of drinks prior to being seated.)

We do need a headcount for the reservation, so please RSVP to the email you should have received by Monday, Feb 2 with names of those attending from your family and/or group.

Please let us know if you have any questions, and we look forward to seeing you all there!!

OFFICIAL INVITE:

Hello Club Members!

Based on losing a considerable part of this summer, we discussed holding off on the ski tournament for a couple of weeks to allow skiers a little more practice time. However, due to several members' travel schedules and other commitments, it was decided to keep it the same weekend as always.

As such, the ski tournament will be held this Sunday (sorry for the short notice!)

Any skiers wanting to try to claim the coveted traveling trophy for the next 12 months need to be at the club by 8am for registration, rules, and seeding. Skiing will commence following that.

Looking forward to seeing everyone there

Just announced:
Annual ski tournament this Sunday Aug 25th
Skiers to be on the dock at 8am for registration
Tournament starts at 9am
An email will be sent with more information so please watch for that.
There will be fun afterwards as always.

This was a last minute decision to do it a little early this year as we have some members who are going to be gone the time we usually do it. Sorry for late notice and we hope everyone can make it.

Club cleanup tomorrow! We’ll be starting at 10am when equipment gets there but feel free to start whenever. Bring rakes, shovels anything you think may help. All help is appreciated! May be some water fun after/during.

Have a safe and happy Fourth of July everyone! What a weird season it’s been so far. Please keep an eye on emails/updates for after the water levels start to go down. Major cleanup may need to happen and we will definitely have a get together when the club is back.

A great night last Saturday getting the members together for our meeting. If you missed it please watch emails for updates. Dues will stay the same this year: $100 single, $200 families. We had many people sign and pay dues already. If you have not and plan to join letters will be mailed soon. Board members are as follows:

Tomorrow is the banquet!!! Oxus grotto in Asbury. Can get in starting at 4pm shrimp boil is at 6pm!!! BYOB and cash to chip in for rental of the facility($10) per person. Plates/utensils will be provided. Everyone who rsvp’d we will see you tomorrow :)
