Have you ever thought about fostering a dog or kitten? 🐾

The Dubuque Regional Humane Society is always looking for caring foster homes to help animals who need a little extra love outside the shelter. Whether it’s a playful puppy, a recovering dog, or a pet needing a calm environment, fostering truly helps save lives.

Even short-term fostering can make a huge impact — and the shelter provides support, supplies, and guidance along the way. ❤️

Yesterday reminded us that yoga with dogs is a lot less about perfection… and a lot more about presence. 🐾

At our Dog Mom Yoga event with B1 Yoga, we talked about how dogs naturally teach us to slow down, stay grounded, and love unconditionally. Even in the middle of barking, tangled leashes, distracted downward dogs, and puppy chaos — there was something really special about simply being present with our pups.

One of our favorite reminders from class:
“Dogs have a unique way of letting you know they hear you.”

Whether they were cuddling in our laps, interrupting poses, or wagging their tails through class, the dogs reminded all of us to be a little softer, a little calmer, and a little more connected.

Thank you so much toB-1 Yogaa Yoga for creating such a welcoming and thoughtful experience for our community. We loved every minute of it. 🤍

And thank you to everyone who joined us, supported local vendors, explored downtown together, and spent the afternoon celebrating your pup & your people.
