We talk a lot about helping campers through homesickness, but the truth is, parents feel it too. We call it kidsickness and it's just as real.

In our latest blog, Zoe shares a few tip for navigating those first weeks of camp: trusting the process, writing a letter (a real, handwritten one), and giving yourself permission to rest while your camper grows.

Because when you show up steady, they learn they can too.
