Update on Hurt Street 💪

Eight people.

That may not sound like many, but today it felt like an army.

An army with gloves, tools, determination, and hearts big enough to help.

We laughed, sweated, worked, and watched progress happen right in front of us.

Chief Ray stopped by and said, “This is the Lord’s work.”

And maybe it is.

Because this isn’t really about cleanup, repairs, or projects.

It’s about people.

It’s about showing up.

It’s about reminding our neighbors they’re not doing life alone.

Last night’s storm left many Dublin homeowners dealing with damaged windows and unexpected repair costs. Revitalize Dublin wants to help.

Through our Homeowner Matching Grant Program, eligible homeowners may receive reimbursement assistance for exterior home improvements — including window replacement and repairs.

Here’s how it works:
🔨 Homeowners complete the project
💵 Revitalize Dublin reimburses 50% of the project cost, up to $250
🏡 The goal is to help keep Dublin homes safe, beautiful, and well-maintained

Did you know that you can apply for the Revitalize Dublin grant online? It's a simple way to request reimbursement for your exterior home projects.

Revitalize Dublin will reimburse up to $250 on a 50% match. An example is: When the homeowner spends $500 on the project, Revitalize Dublin will reimburse $250 once the project is completed. This gives the homeowner a double impact on exterior home projects.

Community Clean-Up Day is Saturday! Starting at 8am, the Dublin Public Works location will be open at 8am to drop off yard debris, household junk, furniture, and other non-hazardous waste.

If you are unable to take your items to the Public Works location, please phone the city at 254-445-3331 and ask to be put on a pick up list. Volunteers will come by your home to pick up your items. Make sure your items are outside and ready to go by Saturday at 8am.

Call the city for any questions or if you have a few hours to volunteer.

Photo dump from the third annual revitalized Dublin fundraiser that was held on April 25. We raised a total of $7132 which goes directly back into the community when homeowners apply for our homeowner grant. Homeowner grants cover a wide variety of repairs and maintenance to properties located in Dublin. From fence repairs, landscape and maintenance, and exterior home repairs Revitalize Dublin is committed to the beautification efforts of Dublin. Making Dublin a better place to live and work.
