Terri Po***ck had just helped her daughter Danaijah Jackson move into Florida A&M University to begin her first year of college.
This was supposed to be a celebration.
Instead, it became the day their family was shattered.
Terri was a 35-year-old single mother, provider, fighter, and newly graduated nurse who had spent years sacrificing for her daughters.
And just months earlier, she and Danaijah had shared an incredible milestone together.
In May 2026, Terri earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing while Danaijah graduated in the SAME ceremony with both her associate degree and high school diploma.

Then came college move-in day.
Terri helped Danaijah start her new life at FAMU, but during the drive afterward, tragedy struck in the Tallahassee area during a heavy storm.
Terri was k*lled.
And it gets even more heartbreaking…
Her 13-year-old daughter, Tariji Cone, was also inside the vehicle.
Tariji reportedly suffered several broken bones and remains in critical condition, fighting for her life and facing a long road of recovery and physical therapy.
So now imagine being Danaijah.
You just started college.
Your mother is gone.
Your little sister is fighting for her life.
And the woman who should be calling you to ask, “How was your first day?” will never make that call.
This family went from planning dorm life, college classes, careers and a future… to facing a funeral, medical bills, rehabilitation and unimaginable grief.

Pray that God gives Danaijah strength to keep moving forward when her heart is shattered.
And pray HARD for 13-year-old Tariji as she fights to recover.
