Dubliners have submitted the signatures to the City of Dublin this morning.

With overwhelming support from the Dubliners, we gathered over 5,200 signatures (150% of the required signature count) in 30 days despite the pandemic and winter season challenges. We thank all the voters who signed the referendum and the residents voicing their support.

The City of Dublin will request the County of Alameda to verify the signatures. The County has 30 working days to complete the verification. If the referendum passes, the City of Dublin needs to repeal the ordinance or let the voters decide.

Please sign the Referendum & Volunteer - This is for the Dubliners by Dubliners against:

(1) Big Developers (who make Billions in profits) and

(2) City Council - Mayor & Council Members (who continue to favor the Developers and ignore the Managed growth mandate).

Why is this Referendum:
(1) Voters should decide whether City Council can continue with the overdevelopment and whether can still use outdated 28-year old plan on infrastructure impact

(2) The project adds more burden to already overcrowded schools.
School district already requested pause on this project

(3) Continues to keep Dublin the Fastest growing city and ignores the infrastructure needs

And more... Please check the website for more info.
