As a Palestinian-American, she reflected on what it means to see neighbors across Illinois communities come together to defend our First Amendment right to boycott. And the movement continues to grow!

This Tuesday, San Francisco voters have a chance to choose a different future.

We’re proud to support Saikat Chakrabarti for CA-11 as voters decide who will succeed Nancy Pelosi. Saikat is running on a vision of economic justice, housing affordability, universal healthcare, climate action, and a foreign policy rooted in human rights.

This endorsement comes as this race has once again exposed the devious influence of pro-Israel lobbying groups spending heavily to shape the outcome. The future of CA-11 should be decided by the people of San Francisco—not outside interests.

The oligarchs keep telling us there’s no money for healthcare, housing, childcare, or public education — while pouring billions into war and corporate profits. We the People are tired of being told scarcity only applies to us.

Bundled up against Chicago’s brutal cold, Jamaal Bowman said it best – we want our money invested in OUR people to build EVERYONE up.

Dr. Adam Hamawy’s platform is simple: Healthcare, Not Bombs.

While establishment politicians continue pouring billions into war, working families across this country are struggling to afford healthcare, housing, prescriptions, groceries, and basic survival. Hamawy is calling for a politics rooted in human dignity, where public money is invested in people, not weapons manufacturers and defense contractors.

We don’t have to accept permanent war as the cost of doing politics.
