Troop 328 Dripping Springs, Scouts BSA

Troop 328 Dripping Springs, Scouts BSA Troop 328 is a BSA Scout Troop serving girls in the Dripping Springs area. Troop 328 is open to girls age 10 1/2 (or finished 5th grade) to age 18.

Troop 328 has graduated 3 female Eagle Scouts and is the first girl's BSA Scout Troop in Hay's County. Troop 328 was founded February 1, 2019 as the only girl's Troop in Hay's County following the Boy Scouts of America program. Troop 328 is chartered by Dripping Springs Presbyterian Church (dspres.org). Troop 328 scouts do not need to be members of the church.

Yesterday, we officially welcomed our newest scout into the Troop! This scout earned her Arrow of Light and crossed over from her Cub Scout den into Troop 328. Our ScoutMaster and three Troop 328 scouts were waiting for her on the other side of crossing over a symbolic bridge into troop scouting.

On Saturday, March 20, 2021, we celebrated not one, not two, but THREE Eagle Scouts at their Court Of Honor! These three determined scouts started their BSA journey just two years ago when females could join scouting. They are part of the inaugural female Eagle Scout group and the first female Eagles in the Sacred Springs district. They are trailblazers, and we are so proud of them.
