The community clinic enrollment project is for local people who are uninsured or have no access to healthcare. The clinic has programs for men's and women's preventative health, urgent care, children's care, prescription assistance, dental and mental health care, to name a few. Some limited specialty care is available, too. Enrollment gets you a Community Care card, which provides affordable and dignified access to physicians, counselors and dentists. The nearest clinic is located in Oak Hill, 20 minutes from Dripping Springs. The organizers of this event are locals who have advocated on behalf of our community to fill a gap in services many folks are experiencing here in Dripping Springs and this is our 7th event in 2 years. Spaces fill quickly. Thanks!

Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up. Families of 4 or more will need an hour long appointment. Bring ID, proof of address and proof of income, if available. A community health worker or nurse will call to confirm your appointment the week of the event. Thank yo...

Feeling your feelings is one of the healthiest things you can do.

God never advocates abuse of any kind. Domestic violence, mental, emotional, sexual...If you had to leave an abusive relationship for the sake of you and your children don’t let anyone convince you otherwise. The Bible says that husbands are to love their wives like Jesus loves the church. Don’t let false guilt weigh you down. Remember that perfect love casts out all fear. If you were living in fear by the person who was suppose to love, honor, cherish and protect you...Then know that it wasn’t love. Love doesn’t physically harm or endanger someone. Love doesn’t play mental games and use forms of manipulation or control. Love doesn’t make you feel afraid. Love doesn’t cheat on you. Love doesn’t not provide for you. Love doesn’t abandon you over and over. Love doesn’t keep you trapped and isolated from others. Love doesn’t get angry easily or provoke one while angry. Love should never have to hurt too much. Remember that there’s no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. Don’t hold false guilt from your abusers sins they committed against you...it’s not your fault and it’s not your weight to carry. Being safe is important. Being alive is important. Being abused is not God’s plan for any of His sons or daughters. If you had to leave because of abuse or infidelity don’t punish yourself for it. Victims don’t need forgiving. And don’t worry about other people’s opinions who don’t know what hell you lived through behind closed doors...God knows and that’s the only opinion that truly matters. ~ A Modern Day Ruth, ©2020

This could be done for workers and their tools, children and their toys...

The concept keeps toys out of landfills and in the hands of little ones who can borrow then return them.
