We're excited to share that Fortis Therapy Center has been awarded a $15,000 Challenge Grant from the Carl C. Anderson Sr. & Marie Jo Anderson Charitable Foundation. When you squeeze a squishy toy, you're not just keeping your hands busy, you're giving your brain powerful sensory input that can help improve focus, reduce stress, and promote a sense of calm.

💙 Here's what happens when you squish:

🤲 Deep Pressure Input: Squeezing activates muscles and joints, sending calming signals to the brain and helping regulate the nervous system.
