DSYSA Baseball is close to finalizing our Fall 2026 14U season. We currently have 18 players and two coaches signed up, and we’re looking for 3–4 more players to round out the group.

Fall Baseball evaluations are this weekend at Hope Hanks Park, 520 Sportsplex Drive.

Players in 6U through 14U only need to attend one session on August 15 or 16. The process takes about 10 minutes and includes hitting, running, fielding, catching and pitching where appropriate. Families may leave as soon as their player finishes.

Evaluations are not tryouts, and players are not cut. WeeBall and 5U do not have an evaluation. Exact 14U evaluation details will be communicated directly to registered families.

How will my child be placed on a team?

WeeBall and 5U players are assigned to teams without an evaluation. Families may request a coach in those divisions, but requests are not guaranteed.

Players in 6U through 14U attend one evaluation and are drafted onto balanced teams. Evaluations are not tryouts, and recreational players are not cut.

Cannot attend? Do not worry. Your child will still be placed on a team according to DSYSA policy.
