Here at the Community Resource Center, the assistance we provide to community members is personalized to meet their specific needs. Creating a case management plan that couples our internal program support with connection to other local and state-level programs, through referrals and/or application assistance, is the key to our profound and lasting impact for individuals and families.

For 10 years, the Community Resource Center has served community members by providing immediate assistance, essential resources, and connections to achieve self-sufficiency. Because we believe that when the people in a community have their most basic needs met, the community as a whole is happier, healthier and more united. Everything we do is in service of Teton Valley residents securing and maintaining these basic needs, which we define as safe shelter, utility connections, food, a source of income, access to healthcare and transportation, clothing, household and hygiene items. We exist to support YOU, our neighbors, because you ARE the beauty of this community.

The giving period opens today and runs through July 24th. The work we do to support those who need us most is made possible in large part thanks to this amazing community fundraiser. Go to MD Nursery and Landscaping, Inc this month and pick up some herb, berry or veggie starts, or maybe that fruit tree you've always wanted to plant, and your community impact will reach far beyond your garden. MD Nursery and Landscaping is generously donating a percentage of proceeds from the sales of these select greenhouse items in May to the CRC's Quality of Life funds, helping community members in crisis secure and maintain their most basic needs.
