We're unveiling the first of seven Freedom Markers this Friday as we honor Mae Bertha Carter's "Silver Rights." The Drew Freedom Marker Project honors people, places, and events that shaped Drew's civil rights history. The project preserves stories of courage and the struggle for justice, celebrates the community's legacy, and connects past generations to those shaping Drew's future. We hope to see you there.
