Congratulations to our In-Na-Po board member Elise Paschen. Her sixth collection, Blood Wolf Moon, won the 37th Annual Oklahoma Book Award in poetry. The collection explores the storylines of her Osage heritage and editor Esther Belin calls the concluding poems, with their use of Osage language, “significant leaps into literary sovereignty.”
