The Helping Hands: Essential Item Donation Drive is now live!

Collection Dates: November 5 – December 5, 2025

At Sawyer’s Wish, we see every day how a little positivity can make a huge difference for children during hospital stays. Through our Helping Hands program, we support Child Life departments at pediatric hospitals by providing essential items—books, toys, stuffed animals, and more—to bring comfort, joy, and a little holiday magic to young patients. We invite you to join us in spreading holiday cheer!

All donated items must be NEW and will go directly to children in need.

Here’s what we’re collecting:

-Board books or picture books
-Boys and girls socks (all sizes)
-Coloring books or activity books (Crosswords/Sudoku)
-Craft kits or sticker sets
-Crayons, colored pencils & markers
-Games: Uno cards, trading card games, Connect 4, Don’t Break the Ice, etc.
-Journals & gel pens (no metal spiral)
-LEGO sets or building blocks
-Plush stuffed animals
-Pre-made slime kits or play dough
-Throw blankets
