This is for anybody in troop 6 that knows and remembers Dave Long. He was part of troop 6 when my son was in The Troop. He was a great guy and loved the scouts. Dave has not been doing well for the quite a few months and just found out that he had passed away two days ago. For anyone that remembers Dave let's all remember him and pray and keep his family in our prayers. If anybody has photos of Dave within troop 6 please share in his memories. What a great guy.

Adults cooked for scouts Thursday night…15 lbs of hand cut fries, 16lbs of chicken and much more. Even with black flags up, scouts completed Merit Badges and worked hard.

They said goodbyes and we are now rocking summer camp. Broad Creek is now troop 6 territory.

Congratulations Thomas (Star) and Jackson (Tenderfoot) on a successful Board Of Reviews.

Did you know scouts in Troop 6 have to answer the toughest question in scouts. If multiple scouts are at the tenderfoot rank are they referred to as tenderfoots or tenderfeet. Let’s hear you opinion as you congratulate them.

Good luck Matt, Braxton and Broderix as they spend the next week being provisional campers at Ockanickon Scout Reservation. This is their 2nd, 3rd and first summer being provisional campers in addition to attending summer camp with then troop.
