Every story shared has the power to reach someone who feels alone.

At Recovery Diaries, we share personal essays, documentary films, and podcasts to highlight mental health, recovery, resilience, and hope. Our goal is to remind people they are not alone and that recovery can happen.

We’re aiming to raise $100,000 so we can keep sharing these stories, support our contributors, and offer free mental health resources to people everywhere.

If Recovery Diaries has helped, inspired, or taught you, please think about donating or sharing this post. Every bit of support matters.
