I am happy to announce that I am now a proud Licensed Telehealth Registered Professional Counselor (TRPC) in the state of South Carolina. This means that I can meet with clients who reside in or are visiting the state of South Carolina. So, even if you are my Pennsylvania client, if you travel to South Carolina (let's say, for a beach vacation!) and would still like to have a session, I can provide that while you are away from Pennsylvania in South Carolina. Are you struggling with anxious thoughts at night making it difficult to sleep? Are peri or post menopausal hormone shifts causing sleep disturbances? (close your eyes and just listen to the audio) Learn a bit of interesting history as it takes your mind off your own life issues and soothes you to sleep. Let me know if it works for you!
