Another opportunity for that enhance the quality of life of children, young adults, and families in . Our Bucks Innovation & Improvement and Capital Improvement Grant cycles are now open! Eligible nonprofits should submit their Letter of Inquiry by October 1 at 11:59 p.m.

Annually, these grant cycles offer nearly $400,000 in support for innovative programs and services as well as structural facility improvements and technology upgrades that will have a positive impact on Bucks County’s children, young adults, and families.

to award the Ron Bernstein Outstanding Service Scholarship to Alexis Dingley and Reagan Smith in recognition of their impactful work as part of our program this summer. Over the past 18 years, 241 college students completed the program, contributing nearly 70,000 service hours at 42 participating .

The scholarship was established by the FCP Board in honor of our founding CEO Ron Bernstein upon his retirement in 2020, recognizing interns who demonstrate the generosity of spirit in service to the community embodied by FCP’s founder.

Alexis found an excellent internship match at Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County, allowing her to put her communication and media skills to use. While Reagan, having extensive experience working with children and youth and interested in pursuing a career in psychology, quickly excelled at her internship at Cancer Support Community Greater Philadelphia. Congrats!
