Bucks for Kids Board is celebrating the success of a dynamic fundraising concert held on May 30 that brought together explosive music, 400 community members and generosity for an unforgettable night! Held at McStew’s Pub in Levittown the event featured the long-awaited reunion of local Rock Bands – Zero Tolerance and Jekylls Hyde, performing together for the first time in 16 years!

Organized by Lenny Strunk and Joe Joseph (who plays in Jekylls Hyde), they raised over $4,000 and donated the full amount to Bucks for Kids! Thanks, once again, to this generous group of people who are “paying it forward” to disadvantaged kids and teens.

In May, Bucks for Kids awarded $9,963 in grants to 12 children in the Children and Youth System. These grants cover the costs for summer camps, field trips, basketball registration fees and more. Thank you to our donors for making a difference in their lives. It wouldn't be possible without your support.

At the April 19 BOD meeting we approved grants to kids/teens in the care of BCCYA in the amount of $19,000! This amount funded the following: 18 kids will go to summer camps; one child will get kickbox lessons; a teen will take boxing lessons; and another teen will travel to London with his soccer team. Thank you donors for supporting our awesome kids!!
