Greg Bankos is right. Whether it’s in the lower part of the county or right here in Central Bucks, these school tax increases are not sustainable. He’s running in the May 19th Republican primary and will be on the Nov ballot for State Senator vs Steve Santasciero. It’s time for a change and fresh ideas.

I was under the weather, but I got by with a little help from my friends in Falls township and got a little wet knocking on doors for a few hours.

People are upset about how much is being spent on the new high school. I talked about how I want to change the law that allows school districts to ask Harrisburg for exemptions to allow them to go over their allowed tax increase in perpetuity. I will push for no more than 2 consecutive years of exemptions, then they have to put the tax increases to a public vote. The public should have a greater say in tax increases, especially when they are significant and annual.

And I also talked about my plan to eliminate school property taxes for our seniors who haven’t sent anyone to school in decades. My mother in law is paying school taxes and it has been 40 years since any of her children have been in school.

“Democrat Pennsylvania State Sen. Steve Santarsiero defended the Rainbow Room’s 2022 “Queer Prom” when it garnered national attention for featuring a drag queen performance and handing out condoms, lubricant and tarot cards to attendees who were as young as 13. Santarsiero, a long time supporter of the Rainbow Room, helped Planned Parenthood Keystone obtain the funding and told the public the $630,000 grant came from “state funds” during an October 2022 press conference.” Oh and these were Covid funds.

So last night the 9-0 Democrat controlled board voted to continue having Sweet Stevens as the districts special ed law firm. This is stunning since they were FIRED as the districts overall legal counsel after their solicitor David Conn (Leftist activist Marlene Pray’s husband) colluded with this very board (at the time led by Karen Smith)to violate the sunshine act and make a financial settlement. But is it really a suprise when it comes to the law fo merry go round this board has been on?
We are on our third law firm since 2024.
In the attached photo you will see sworn testimony given by disgraced and terminated superintendent Steve Yanni. This is from his termination hearing last August related to the “there was no abuse” at Jamison letter sent to the parents of an abused child.

Since Yanni gave this public testimony in August implicating a Sweet Stevens lawyer in the cover up of the child abuse, Sweet Steven’s has billed the district ~$136,944.

Yanni is gone. Head of HR, Freiling is gone, Head of pupil services Wright is gone, as is the assistant Ms Veisz. The solicitor Mr Diasio is gone too. In fact he was fired by this board in July because of his involvement in the “there was no abuse” letter.

But Sweet Stevens remains. WHY?? Did the board bother to ask Mr Warner whether he did in fact sign off on the “no abuse” letter? If not, why?

This board has once again put the district in legal jeopardy by not creating distance from this firm. It is highly likely that our law firm will have to testify in the cases being brought by the Jamison families. Maybe Jess Rohan will write an article about this for the Courier Times.

Seriously? Sweet Steven’s? Yes the firm that was fired due to violations of the sunshine act. In a case that the board paid a taxpayer funded settlement for this violation is still employed as our special ed counsel. Can’t make this s**t up. Link in comments to tonight’s meeting.

Also please come out if so inclined to speak against this funneling of our tax dollars to friends of this partisan board. Oh and FYI:
The Central Bucks School District School Board Meeting scheduled to be held at 7 p.m. on March 26, 2026 at the school district’s Educational Services Center located at 16 Welden Drive in Doylestown, Pennsylvania will be moved to Central Bucks High School South.

What a fraud Bucks County District Attorney's Office Joe Khan is. Photo opps and broken promises. Worst of all this is about non verbal autistic children who truly are the most vunerable. Where are you Jess Rohan and Bucks County Courier Times or Bucks County Herald Newspaper. Where is Sen. Steve Santarsiero? Oh right he’s posing for photos and running for reelection. Shame.
