Can you believe tomorrow is our FINAL DAY of True North VBS 2025! It’s been an adventurous, joyful, and faith-filled week but we’re not done yet!

Join us for our VBS Closing Program on Friday, August 8th at 7:30 PM. Our amazing kids are excited to share what they’ve learned about following Jesus - our True North!

Everyone’s invited — bring your family, friends, and neighbors. Let’s celebrate how God’s love has guided us all week long!

We can’t believe that VBS is only one week away! As we are putting together all the finishing touches we could use your help to make sure we have everything prepared. Please pre-register your child to ease the load on our dedicated volunteers during sign up and take up less of your time waiting in line.

The VBS craft folks are looking for clean glass jars with lids. They prefer around pint size. For example pickle jars, pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce size. Jars can be brought to the church anytime. Thanks!

Mark your calendars and save the date for Dows Ecumenical Vacation Bible School this summer August 4th - August 8th! This year's theme is True North: Trusting Jesus in a Wild World! If you are interested in helping plan this year's VBS we will have a meeting at First Lutheran Church in Dows on Thursday, May 22nd at 5:00PM.

All the VBS decorations are put away and another VBS year officially comes to a close. Thank you to everyone for your support and to all the kids who joined us this year! We say "Thanks God!" for our time together and are looking forward to next year. For those interested in helping plan for VBS 2025 there will be a meeting at First Lutheran Church on Wed. August 21st at 6:30 immediately following the community meal where we discuss ideas for next year and where we can grow.

Registration is open for this year's VBS! We can't wait to dive into friendship with God and one another in just 3 weeks!

This year our volunteer opportunities have filled up quickly! We are down to needing just 2 crew leaders to join our volunteer team. Please send us a message if you are interested in helping out this year!
