WOLF is a non-profit leadership and career-building program intended for the sons and daughters of fallen
United States Special Operations Forces (SOF) – Air Commandos, Army Green Berets, Army Rangers,
Marine Special Operators and Navy SEALS. WOLF’s weeklong program retreats are held in Park City, Utah
supported by dedicated SOF, corporate and Olympic athlete mentors. More WOLF programs are propos
ed
for an additional week, 1-month and 2-month internships, when funding for administrative and logistical
operations become available. WOLF’s target population is college-bound or college attending teenagers between the ages of 15 and 21
who have lost a parent in action within the SOF community. Since 2012, WOLF has served over 42 such
participants in achieving valuable career direction, unique internship opportunities and significant personal
growth goals. Past retreat highlights include VATC, Inc. – supported résumé and social-media LinkedIn
seminars, team building ropes course exercises, Olympic athlete motivational speeches, biathlete training,
the Skullcandy Apprentice Challenge, community service projects, orienteering hikes, personal budget and
financial simulations; and, sincere bonding experiences with peers who understand each other’s personal
circumstances. Participants leave WOLF with a completed resume, valuable life skills and high-level
internship connections in virtually every industry.
