Formed in early 2008, the Chase Family Foundation began as a simple promise to help repay some of the blessings awarded to the Chase family over the years. Before starting the foundation, Susan Chase made a solemn vow to honor God and the teachings of her parents, Rex and Glada Chase. This led to Susan endowing a scholarship fund for three autistic children at the Ozark Center of Autism in Joplin,

Mo. Since then, the Chase Family Foundation has evolved into an entity that seeks to foster the care and furthering of human kindness, through acts of generosity and volunteerism, and helping to better the lives of animals and people in need. During the first year alone, the foundation was responsible for over 21,000 meals in Northwest Arkansas through the Ozark Food Bank and Meals on Wheels programs. Other beneficiaries that year included Faith in Action, the Northwest Arkansas Battered Women’s Shelter, Seven Hills Homeless Shelter, and Pathfinders, Inc. As the needs of the world grow, so does our spirit, and together we can help those that otherwise cannot help themselves.
