ARC Youth Fest

ARC Youth Fest ARC Youth Fest is the only large-scale arts and culture street fair for youth by youth. On Oct. 8th catch youth competitors and local celebrity performers.

By launching the ARC Youth Fest, we plan to increase:

1) Awareness of Local Talent – Oakland is a melting pot of youth talent. ARC Youth Fest will create an accessible and unique platform for showcasing talents of local, underserved, an often marginalized youth.

2) Collaboration Among Stakeholders – With the multitude of local resources available to local youth, there is a need for more collabor

ation among these parties. AR Youth Fest is a great common ground for local stakeholders.

3) New Art Interests Among Youth – In today’s popular media, images about success through art lacks diversity, thereby limiting youth interest to very selective arts. ARC Youth Fest will showcase a variety of arts to engage youth interests.
