The spirit implanted in his heart that the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Once there, he started a small bible study at home and introduced people to the discipline of prayer and fasting. Over time, attendees grew in number which led to putting up the Bread of Life church in California. During this time he immersed himself in various ministries; he became president of Worldwide Bib
le Tracts which distributed 25 million tracts worldwide till the year 2000; founded a church for a Latin community in Los Angels which still exits to this day; during 9/11 responded to the call for help and comfort to stricken New Yorkers and consequently founded Christ Our Banner which eventually sprouted satellite churches in the Philippines and other parts of the world. Cabalquinto in his studies realized the importance of Israel to the Christian life and discovered his own Jewish roots. He organized Holy Land prayer tours joined by many, who ere eventually led to being born again after the Holy Land experience, and receiving the Word. Recently his passion turned to urgently preaching about the end times, given the sorrowful times we live in today. This has been the content of his teaching as he went from place to place, to spread the Word to as many as he could reach. In the course of this work he contracted COVID 19. Truly, with all his might until his last breath, his mind was set on a mission to serve the Lord. John 11:4 "But when Jesus heard this, He said, "This sickness is not the end in death, but for the glory of God, so that the Son of God may be glorified by it.""
God used him for our sake that many praises and thanksgiving be given back to the Lord. Bishop Arnold's sickness was not unto death but so that GOD MAY BE GLORIFIED BY IT. Worldwide Mission Foundation BAC was founded by his family after realizing how many pastors was helped by Bishop Arnold Cabalquinto personally. Through Worldwide Mission Foundation BAC, we are able to continue the work that Bishop Arnold Cabalquinto started.
