🏒 Florida Panthers Summer Reading Tour 2026
Kick off the season with games, giveaways, and the Panther Patrol! Broward County Library is partnering with the Florida Panthers for this exciting summer tour. Attendees can wear their Cats gear, sign up for the Summer Learning Program, and pick up a special BCL Florida Panthers library card. Each stop features family-friendly games, appearances by Stanley C. Panther or Viktor E. Ratt, and a special guest reader.

🔬 Ancient Explorations with MEEC (Marine Environmental Education Center)
Discover sand samples from around the world at a mobile lab! Participants will investigate different sands under microscopes, including a special microscope attached to a large-screen monitor for group viewing. Afterward, attendees will craft necklaces and bracelets using a vial of beachside collections. Note: Space is limited to 40 school-aged children, and registration is required for each attendee.
