Our Spring giveback experience “In Due Season: Harvest Service Day,” was nothing short of impactful. 🌱✨

Even with a smaller team, the impact was BIG. We not only met our goal, but exceeded it! We served hot meals, food kits, and hygiene kits to 100+ individuals in our community.

More than the numbers, it was the connection. We poured into others while being poured into! From sharing stories, testimonies, and witnessing what it looks like to go from lost to found. That alone was powerful.

This service day was especially meaningful as we uplifted and celebrated women in our community, closing out our Woman's History Month on a high note. 🫶🏾

Special thank you to Avery's Turkey Leg & BBQ for providing the hot meals, and to every single person who volunteered, donated, and spread the word! We couldn’t have done this without you.

God is not done with the work we are doing. We are honored to continue being pillars in our community.

Remember: being great isn’t about waiting until you’ve achieved everything, it’s about helping others along the way.

Stay encouraged:
“Do not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time you will reap a harvest if you do not give up.” — Galatians 6:9

We're just getting started!

Thank you for Being Great with us 🤎
Until next time!

On Friday March the 13th, we were honored for the opportunity for our founder of 214ology, Courtnee Avery, to speak with the amazing students at Rolling Hills Engineering Academy for Career Day. 🩺✨

Students learned about the journey to becoming a doctor, from elementary school all the way to medical school and residency: reminding them that big dreams require time, dedication, and perseverance.

We also talked about how Being Great isn’t waiting until you’ve accomplished everything you set out to do. Greatness is encouraging one another, being honest about the realities of life, and helping each other reach the finish line together.

We emphasized the importance of holding each other accountable when it comes to our health. Did you know? High Blood Pressure is the leading risk factor for heart disease and stroke, and nearly 1 in 2 adults in the U.S. have it often without knowing, also known as the "Silent Killer". About 58% of Black adults have high blood pressure, also known as hypertension. Black adults also have higher rates of more severe high blood pressure than other racial or ethnic groups and it can develop earlier in life.

Remember to Be Great in your communities & always remember: with man it may seem impossible, but with God all things are possible. 🙏🏾
