Beginning Monday, May 18, cardholders will also need to register for a new account through the ebtEdge Cardholder Portal or download the ebtEdge mobile app to manage benefits.

Baltimore City is continuing to invest in long-term housing stability for residents through the Legacy Homeowners Pilot Program.

Eligible homeowners may have outstanding property tax bills cleared as early as next year.

Eligibility includes:
• Age 65 or older
• Homeownership of 10+ years
• Annual income below $73,000

🗓 Application deadline extended to May 31, 2026

Programs like this are critical to preserving generational homeownership and supporting legacy residents across Baltimore.
