Downsville Community and parents there will be a public meeting about the two upcoming Tax Proposals that will be on the ballot to vote on May 3rd. The meeting will be a the Point Fire station on Monday April 21st at 6:15pm, this meeting will be to inform the public about the tax, an answer any questions the public May have. Please share this post with all your family and friends of Downsville, it is very vital that we get this tax passed on May 3rd. The time is now to stand up for the future of the children of Downsville. PLEASE SHARE.

DOWNSVILLE SPORTS COMPLEX: Summer Baseball, Softball and T-Ball registration will be the next 2 Saturdays, Feb. 23 & March 2nd at 10am at the Downsville Ball Park. REGISTRATION is for BOYS & GIRLS ages 3-12 yrs. Ages 7-12 for both boys and girls will $75, 5-6 yr olds will be Boy/Girl coach pitch $45, ages 3-4 yr old boy/girl will be T-Ball $30. We need softball coaches for 7-8yr old girls( advanced 6yr olds can also play on this team), we need T-Ball coaches for 2 (3-4 yr old teams) and 2 coaches for 5-6 yr old coach pitch teams.

Downsville Sports Complex(Hinton Ball Park) will be holding ball registration Sat. Feb. 18th from 10am-12pm for T-Ball ages 3-6yrs and Baseball ages 7-12yrs. We are still in need of 2 T-ball coaches, Boys baseball needs to get registered ASAP so they can get started. We will also be having clean-up day at the Ball Park on this day starting at 9am, please come out and help

DHS SOFTBALL Girls/Parents just talked to Mrs. Nancy Hearn she will be having a clean-up day this Sat. at the ball park at 9am, also DOWNSVILLE SPORTS COMPLEX coaches/officers/parents we will be having our complete registration for T-Ball to Boys age 7-12yr on Sat. from 10am-12am, we will also be holding clean-up day starting at 9am to help work with the softball to get the park prepared for ball season. There will be a DOWNSVILLE SPORTS COMPLEX BALL PARK(aka: HIinton Ball Park) meeting Monday night at the Downsville High schhol auditorium for the elections of officers and meeting with coaches, and begin registering boys BASEBALL ages 7-12yrs old, we will have ball registration next Sat. Feb. 18 at the ball park for the T-ball. boys 7-8yr will be $55 ;boys 9-12yr will be $70 we need to get the baseball registred now so please try to come, we also need 5 more officers on the board.
