OUR MISSION: To erect and maintain a memorial that includes a permanent honor roll to those Downingtown area residents who served our great nation during war and conflict. OUR VISION: Through continuous fundraising, volunteering, and dedication, the goal of DVMF is to maintain the memorial as a continuous and ongoing show of support and gratitude for our community veterans.

This week at the memorial we are remembering our dear friend, Mr. Billl “woody” Woodward. To know him was to love him. We will hear his laugh always, be it in strangers voices or in the wind. He will always be with us. He is the hero that is hard to lose but we are so grateful to have known. Rest peacefully, we love you.
