Reducing Teen Pregnancy and birth is one of the most effective ways of reducing child poverty in the world.

The factors contributing to teenage pregnancy included:
LACK OF SCHOOL FEES
LACK OF PARENTAL CARE
COMMUNICATION AND SUPERVISION
POVERTY
PEER PRESSURE
NON-USE OF CONTRACEPTIVES
DESIRE FOR A CHILD
FORCED MARRIAGE
LOW EDUCATIONAL LEVEL AND NEED FOR DOWRIES.

GIG met with some teens mom and pregnant teens ages 16-20 years, some of them have 3 kids and some have 2 and 1 kid. Some of these teens haven’t been in school in their life. Let help these teens get back into school.
