The PTA can't wait to welcome you to the Hillcrest Book Fair this week! We need your help to fill the last volunteer spots for this wonderful event. It's a lot of fun to see kids find their favorite books and the Book Fair Committee will be there to help guide you every step of the way!

The Hillcrest Annual Book Fair will be taking place from October 19th through October 22nd, with set-up on the 16th and take-down on the 23rd. Help Stock the Snack Bar! 🍿🍭🍫

Did you know our PTA's Staff Appreciation Committee sets up a snack bar to keep our teachers fueled during those long Parent-Teacher Conference days later this month? We could use your help rounding up some drinks and treats by Friday, October 16.

SIGN UP TONIGHT AT 7:00 PM: Fall & Winter Classroom Parties

Would you like to help our Room Ambassadors lead activities for classroom parties this school year? The Fall Party is October 30 and the Winter Party is December 18, both from approximately 1:45 pm-2:45 pm.

Most classrooms will need an additional 1-3 volunteers for each party. A sign-up link for both parties will be emailed at 7:00 pm TONIGHT, Monday, October 12. The subject line will be "Sign Up to Volunteer for Classroom Parties - Hillcrest PTA." Be ready ... these spots go fast!
