We believe God will transform families, churches, communities, and societies as our educators model transformation and our learners experience it in their hearts and minds.

* We go. TeachBeyond connects teachers, administrators, RAs, dorm parents, and support staff with exciting educational opportunities around the world. God is using our members, their skills, and contexts, to bring the light an

d healing of the Gospel to all—children, adults, leaders, and ministry workers alike.

* We train. TeachBeyond equips educators, schools, and organizations to serve our Lord with integrity and excellence in pursuit of our common vision for transformational education.

* We partner. TeachBeyond rarely works alone. We partner with groups, organizations, and institutions in pursuit of our mission. In partnership with local organizations, TeachBeyond co-owns and supports a number of K-12 schools, English language learning programs, and projects. Is God calling you to pray, give, or go? For Kelly and her near 15 years of service with TeachBeyond, she celebrates how ministry is a partnership. As she pours herself into her students and community, people are encouraging her financially and prayerfully, enabling her to continue to serve at Christian International School of Prague as she teaches art to the growing population of children there. What does it look like for a church to send a missionary teacher well?

For Sarah, it looked like being surrounded by a church family that prayed for her, supported her, and believed God could use her gifts in the classroom.

Sent by her home church and equipped by TeachBeyond, Sarah now serves as a special education teacher at Grace International School in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Her work is blessing students, strengthening missionary families, and creating space for children to learn in a caring, Christ-centered environment.

This is one of the ways the Church can participate in the Great Commission.

Churches do not have to send alone. TeachBeyond highly values its partnerships with churches to help recruit, train, equip, and send Christian educators to serve where hope is needed most.

Through SEND 2026, your church, family, or community can help send more missionary teachers like Sarah. During the month of June, gifts will be matched up to $60,000.

Day 1 of TeachBeyond Canada & USA Orientation 🌎

New members are being equipped and prepared to reach the nations through education.

Our desire is to send missionaries who are called, supported, and equipped to become all God intends as they serve Him. Serving well on the field begins with investing well in our members today through training, community, and preparation for the journey ahead!

TeachBeyond joins with many around the world in remembering and honoring John Fumana, a faithful servant-leader whose wisdom, faith, and ministry vision deeply shaped our global community.

John served as Board Chair of TeachBeyond DRC and as a member of the Global Committee, offering spiritual encouragement, thoughtful leadership, and a steady commitment to transformational education. His legacy continues in the lives, communities, and ministries he served so faithfully.

We give thanks to God for John’s life and service, and we grieve with hope alongside his family, colleagues, and the TeachBeyond DRC community.

When people think of TeachBeyond, it’s natural to think of teachers, but our work goes beyond the classroom!

Administrators, coaches, consultants, school leaders, and support staff (resident assistants, counselors, IT specialists, nurses, and maintenance workers to name a few!) all make up the mosaic of our mission at work. 🌍

Wherever your gifts and passions lie, there are so many opportunities for serving with TeachBeyond! Explore more opportunities at teachbeyond.org/go

For Abby, serving in Honduras means more than teaching English and Spanish. It means showing up each day with the love of Christ, helping students learn, grow, and encounter hope in the classroom. Allowing God to work through her and impact the lives of her students.

SEND 2026 helps make this possible by recruiting, equipping, and sending more missionary teachers to serve around the world.

Why do we at TeachBeyond say education can be a mission?

We firmly believe that with Christ as the center, we can serve and follow the Great Commission through education. Change often begins when people are gathered together and learning, and we aim to teach and build up image-bearers who know their worth and potential in Christ.

Classrooms are wondrous places for discipleship, and when the teachers and staff genuinely care and build relationships with their students, coworkers, and communities, the impact can resound through generations.

We are reaching the nations through education.

Meet our Child Sponsorship Program Sites!

Through child sponsorship, students around the world are given the opportunity to learn and grow in a healthy, Christ-centered environment. For just $35/month, sponsors help provide education, support, encouragement, and opportunities for children who may otherwise never be able to attend school or have their basic needs met.

Each of our program sites is unique, serving different communities and needs, but all share the same heart for transformational education. Our schools and projects go beyond traditional education by integrating faith into every aspect of learning, helping students discover the hope and transformation found in Christ and become all that God intends them to be.

A third of our world is still waiting.

Today, on the International Day for the Unreached, TeachBeyond is joining to help raise awareness for those who still have little or no access to the gospel.

The three lines in these photos represent the whole world. One line set apart represents the one-third who have not yet had the chance to hear and respond to the good news of Jesus.

As TeachBeyond serves through transformational education, we believe God uses faithful presence, learning, and relationships to bring hope in places across the world, including places that can be difficult to reach.

Would you join us in praying for the unreached today and follow to learn more!
