Today is World Alzheimer’s Day. A day to bring awareness to those living with Alzheimer’s and their caregivers.

A reminder to show compassion, support caregivers, and raise awareness for those affected by Alzheimer’s. 💜

In honor of our 40th year, we hatched and released a monarch butterfly! Thanks to Alan Jirik, our volunteer who leads monthly sing-a-longs for sharing the butterfly, "Herman" (Members named it!) with us! We enjoyed seeing his first flight out in the sunshine today.

A sweet surprise greeted our members at Community Adult Day Center today! 🌸

A beautiful Resurrection Lily bloomed just outside the Center, bringing smiles and a touch of summer beauty to everyone's day. These remarkable flowers emerge from bare ground in late summer, making their sudden appearance even more special. We were grateful to enjoy this lovely reminder of nature's beauty together.

Due to the ongoing power outage, CADC WILL BE CLOSED on Thursday, July 30, and Friday, July 31.

Unfortunately, CADC remains without power and our Center will be closed again tomorrow, Wednesday, July 29.

We regret any inconvenience caused by this power outage and look forward to opening just as soon as possible.
