⚾ Training Tuesday: Throwing Accuracy Drill 🎯

Great defense starts with accurate throws.

Try this simple drill at home:
1️⃣ Set up a target like a bucket
2️⃣ Stand about 15–20 feet away.
3️⃣ Make 10 throws, focusing on stepping toward your target and following through.

⚾ Got a new baseball glove?

Don’t wait for game day to get it ready! Here’s how to break in your glove like a pro:

1️⃣ Play Catch Often : The more you use it, the better it forms to your hand.
2️⃣ Condition the Leather: A little glove oil keeps it soft and prevents cracking.
3️⃣ Shape the Pocket: Wrap a ball in the pocket with a rubber band overnight to help form it.
4️⃣ Flex the Webbing : Work the glove with your hand and ball to get it game-ready.

A well-broken-in glove makes catching and fielding so much easier and it lasts longer! ⚾
