Lifeguard Needed July 15-19 at Wesley Woods Camp & Retreat. 1700 Clear Lake, Dowling, MI. Competitive pay - we need another lifeguard for a summer camp session. Efforts are still underway to get Wesley Woods ready for summer campers and your help would truly be a blessing next week Friday May 8- Saturday May 9. We are gathering for an additional work weekend that will include cleaning, grounds work and general maintenance.

You’re welcome to stay Thursday evening to be on-site Friday morning. Volunteer work begins Friday at 9A through Saturday at 4P. We need all skills from cleaning, organizing, grounds work to maintenance. All are welcome!

Meals provided Friday breakfast through lunch Saturday. Please sign up at the link to reserve accommodations and meals.

Friday, May 8: 9A-6P | Breakfast 8A, Lunch 12:30P Dinner 6P

Saturday, May 9: 9A-4P | Breakfast 8A, Lunch 12:30P

We’re looking for a few more seasonal staff to join us this summer in Dowling, MI. Applications due by May 15.

Summer Camp Coordinator - Manage operations and facilities, including pool, coordinate and oversee staff and schedule during camps & retreats. Previous retreat coordinator/youth program experience preferred. Housing provided, as well.

Maintenance/Groundskeeper - Competitive pay. General facilities management and repair, groundskeeping.

Lifeguards - $17-20 (dependent on experience) We will pay for certification if you pass in May and start in June. Shifts available through August. Great opportunity for a lifeguard looking for some extra shifts. American Red Cross certification required. Contact us for more info!

Thank you so much to all the volunteers that came out to Wesley Woods last weekend. Lots of cleaning, organizing and grounds work got a great start for the season and we appreciate you donating your time & effort to come out and help!

The pool opening prep got started and partially vacuumed. We are looking for volunteers to help keep up with weekly pool cleaning until camp is open. If you’re local & interested in helping us keep the pool on track until camp is open please email [email protected].

If you missed last weekend and would like to join us we’re going for Round 2 May 8-9. Stay tuned we’ll have a sign up available soon.
