We had a great weekend at the rendezvous at the Dow House. We joined for the potluck dinner Saturday night and got the chance to stay in a teepee. We also got to help cook breakfast, make rope, throw tomahawks, skin hide, carry pales of water, see a blacksmith work, and make s'mores.

We went fishing at Pleasant View park in Dunlap tonight. Was a great night for it and kids and adults caught plenty of fish.

We did a trivia night last night with kids split into three teams with unique names. It was fun night and we got to see the competitive spirit come out in a close game. We also got some great answers to some of the questions but did not get pictures of those.

We had the boys help cook the fish we caught ice fishing a few weeks ago(bluegill and crappie). Overall most of the boys liked it and the parents approved as well. We also learned from River that Josh Meggers doesn't cook like this at home lol.

We went ice fishing today good weather and we caught fish. Very thankful for the family that let us fish their farm pond and for the parents who helped set up and tear down everything.
