MISSION:
We are a grassroots, citizen advocacy group dedicated to advancing education, research, and science-based policy for cannabis and cannabinoids on a local, state, and federal level. We advocate to protect human rights, patients’ rights, and this renewable, all-natural resource for medicinal, recreational, and industrial purposes. This failed policy has hurt many lives, while disrupting
our communities, costing the tax payers & the state millions, and diverting law enforcement resources away from real public safety, to this victimless issue. We are committed to liberating this non-toxic plant, allowing it to be consumed & home cultivated for medicinal, recreational (adults 21 and older), and industrial purposes. A) Raise awareness through educating the public and public officials regarding all aspects of cannabis, & cannabis reform. B) Create science-based policy for cannabis by (1) developing and advocating for legislation and regulations to protect this renewable, natural resource, improve the environment, improve our communities, protect patients’ rights, and stimulate the economy; (2) conducting research and publicizing the positions of elected officials concerning these issues. C) Create meaningful relationships with like minded organizations in an effort to bridge alliances under common or similar goals. Our Beliefs:
